General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
UniqueVisuals


1. Scope of Application

In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged and VAT is not shown on invoices.

2. Products 

All products sold by UniqueVisuals are produced individually only after an order has been placed and are not pre-manufactured.

Production and shipping are carried out by external production partners on behalf of UniqueVisuals.

Product images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor deviations in color, size, or print placement may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Contract Conclusion

Product presentations in the shop do not constitute binding offers.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

The contract language is English.

4. Prices & Shipping

All prices are final prices.

In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are borne by the customer.
They are calculated using a EU Flat Rate and are displayed separately during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery is available exclusively within the European Union.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Express Checkout (PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay)

Payment is due immediately upon order completion.

6. Delivery & Shipping Conditions

Production begins after payment has been received.

Delivery times consist of production time plus shipping time.
All stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are borne by the customer.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type and quantity of products in an order.
The final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Orders are delivered only as complete shipments.
Partial deliveries are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.

UniqueVisuals shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as production issues, shipping delays, or force majeure.

7 Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of UniqueVisuals until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB, as all products are custom-made print-on-demand items.

Once production has started, cancellation or return is not possible.

Statutory rights in case of defective products remain unaffected.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Minor, production-related deviations typical for print-on-demand products do not constitute defects.

10. Liability

UniqueVisuals is liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

These limitations do not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the designs beyond private use.

12. External Production Partners

UniqueVisuals uses external production partners to manufacture and ship products.

The contractual relationship exists exclusively between the customer and UniqueVisuals.

13. Data Protection

Information on data processing can be found in the separate Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Governing Law

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

15. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
